Steps to Register-
1) Register/pay online from our website. Our online registration system is limited to electronic payments.
2) The KSA office / registrar must validate the player’s GOVERNMENT-ISSUED birth certificate no later than July 20th in order to complete the registration. This can be uploaded into the player’s GotSport profile, emailed to [email protected], faxed to us at 817-431-7962, or brought to our office. U.S. Passports are also acceptable. Hospital-issued birth sheets with footprints WILL NOT be accepted.
**NOTE: Any player born outside of the U.S. must complete the International Clearance Process before they are allowed to register and participate. This includes players who have a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. Click HERE for additional information. We cannot put players onto teams who have not completed this paperwork. Completing this process right away is highly recommended to avoid your player missing games. U.S. Soccer estimates it could take as long as two months to process applications. If you have questions about the IC Process, email ICRe[email protected] or call 214-297-5022.
Birth certificates must be verified by the KSA office no later than July 20th. PLAYERS WITH INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE PLACED ON A TEAM FOR THE SPRING SEASON.

Team Assignment
NTX Bylaws allow any player through U19 to request to play with a friend. The following will assist participants in understanding how this rule affects you.
NTX Buddy Rule- 4.8.1 In order to promote soccer participation, a player may invite a friend from the same Member Association who was not registered in any Member Association during the last two seasons to join his existing team with the permission of the Member Association.
– First time players to KSA who register during our early / regular registration period are allowed to request to play with a friend, coach or team. These requests are not guaranteed; however, we do try our best to accommodate them. Please be sure to type in the specific request when registering the player online.
– All players through U19 who HAVE NOT played in any NTX association within the last two seasons may request to play with a specific friend. Be sure to include the specific request when registering online. This request cannot be guaranteed. Players who request this but are not eligible per the NTX rule will be placed into the blind draw.
Returning players registering during our regular registration time frame have the option to request to return to their same team from the previous season or they can request to be placed into the draw. All other registrants will automatically be placed into the blind draw. We utilize an automated computer program which randomly places players on teams containing open roster spots. We do attempt to place players by their geographical (school) area, but please understand that we cannot guarantee this. Siblings are allowed to play together provided they are in the same soccer age group or one age group apart.
Players who fail to register during our regular registration time period may lose their spot on their previous team’s roster. Returning players requesting a new team will be placed in the player pool for team assignment along with new players to KSA. Those players added to the Wait List will be completed based on the date registered with earlier registrations being given priority.
Please keep in mind that KSA is a volunteer organization. While we make every attempt to place all players, we cannot guarantee that all players will be placed on a team unless there are enough volunteer coaches to form teams. We highly encourage parents to volunteer as KSA coaches.
